There are three popular types of drawings most people need 1 Line, Logical, and Plot Plan.  Each for different purposes.  In the "1-Line & Logical Solar Design - Sample.pdf" you will see these are two basic drawings of the same solar design, just represented differently:

A Logical Design - For visualizing the design, sharing design ideas with your electrician and/or solar engineer and so you can visualize all the parts of your design and to help with pricing it out.

A Single Line Drawing - More for the power company applications or for an electrician to build it.

A Plot Plan - for city permits, it shows orientation and placement of solar arrays to other structures and the location of emergency shut-offs.

Custom Type Drawings - I can also do custom drawings of any type you need for electricians, builders, power companies, government, inspections, etc. (Layout Diagrams, PV Array Details, Ground Mount Systems, Roof Mount Systems, etc.)
